Iliya Fridman
Prior to founding Fridman Law Group in 2004, Iliya was an associate at DeForest & Duer (now a part of Anderson Kill & Olick) where he worked on a wide array of complex legal issues facing technology and new media companies, including venture capital transactions and intellectual property protection and licensing. Admitted to the New York bar in 1999, Iliya is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Iliya earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Connecticut College and J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Born and raised in Moscow, Iliya is fluent in Russian.
Jacqueline Lefebvre
Jacqueline is an associate at Fridman Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as the program coordinator for the New York Fashion Tech Lab, and was a research assistant for the Fashion Law Institute. Jacqueline received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the Senior Writing & Research Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, and published an Article titled: The Need for “Supreme” Clarity: Clothing, Copyright, and Conceptual Separability. Jacqueline received her B.A. in Business Economics and French from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Michael Roy
Michael is an associate at Fridman Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a sports and entertainment consulting company where he worked on a wide array of sports, entertainment, and business transactions. Michael received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where he was a member of the William & Mary Business Law Review, named best oral advocate in the Mid-Atlantic region, and inducted into the Order of Barristers. Michael received his B.A. in Communications and Culture with a concentration in Legal Communications from Howard University.
